However, hydrolyzed collagen powder does not contain significant amounts of these sugars, if it contains any at all. Depending on the product, hydrolyzed collagen contains almost 100% protein, making it low FODMAP. The fermentation process used to make the hydrolyzed collage removes the sugars!
